Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you can bring your own food and we also offer catering services for larger groups!

Do I need to clean up after the picnic?

No, please don’t! All you have to do is show up and Picnic ‘n Chill!
Leave the rest to us after your picnic ends.

What is the cancellation/ reschedule policy?

There are no cancellations or refunds. Events 'n Chill and Picnic ‘n Chill will not be liable to refund any amount to the client if the client wishes to cancel.

We do offer rescheduling up to 1 year of your original scheduled event date. Please let us know if you do need to reschedule at least one week in advance if you do choose to reschedule. Otherwise, we might not be able to accommodate.

How far in advance should i book a picnic?

As far in advance as you can! The earlier you book your picnic the more of a possibility we can accommodate you.
